At 1151 PM EDT, Heavy rainfall has ended but runoff continues to
create minor flooding in the advisory area. Minor flooding has been
reported on low water crossings near Pulaski, and significant
ponding of water was reported in Blacksburg.

* At 553 PM EDT, redeveloping thunderstorms extended aong a line
from Claypool Hill to Dublin. These thunderstorms will produce
periods of torrential rain in the Advisory area. This will likely
lead to minor flooding. Expect ponding of water and rising rivers
and streams. If rainfall rates continue as intense, a Flash Flood
Warning may be needed.
