...Foggy travel along and near rivers and lakes this morning...
Fog is starting to become more prevalent along the rivers this
morning, from the New and Greenbrier Valleys to the upper James.
Visibilities will drop to under a quarter mile at times. Also with
temperatures at or below freezing, cannot rule out some slick
spots on bridges.
Those traveling should be alert to the low visibilities and slick
spots. Allow more braking distance and use low beams.
