Chantilly Snapshot: Advancing to National Competition

The Nysmith Science Bowl team — Vaibhav Sharma, Ajit Kadaveru, Anusha Allamsetty, Ishaan Kumar and Kaien Yang — won the Virginia Regional Science Bowl and advances to national competition. The team was awarded the winners trophy, individual medals and prize money in an over-sized check for $750.

Chantilly performed the play, “The Man Who Came to Dinner,” and Westfield put on the musical, “Footloose.” Centreville High didn’t enter this year’s competition.
