A 91-year-old Fair Oaks man was upset and concerned recently when he got a call from his “grandson” who said he’d been arrested and jailed in Peru. So, as a loving grandparent, the man wired more than $13,000 in an attempt to help him.
Police Seek Help in Identifying Robber
The Fairfax County Police Department, in cooperation with the Prince William County and Manassas Park police departments, is investigating a string of four, recent armed robberies involving a white female. Authorities believe the same person may have committed all of them.
